Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information HOPEisETERNAL collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It follows the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Who we are

HOPEisETERNAL is a personal brand run by theboyjay in Pretoria, South Africa. We are responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us at hopeise10nal@gmail.com.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no newsletter. We do not set cookies or run analytics or advertising trackers on it.

• HE, the chat assistant on the site, runs entirely in your browser from answers written into the page. What you type into it is not sent to us or anyone else, and it is not saved. It is gone when you close or reload the page.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of the visit) to keep the site running and secure.
• The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
• When the PayPal subscription button is shown, the page loads it from PayPal, so your browser also connects to PayPal.

Information you send us

You may send us information by email, by direct message on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, or in our Discord server. This can include:

• your name, username and contact details;
• a screenshot of a New Levels Nutrition order confirmation, which may show your name, order number and the products you bought;
• your Discord username and the email address you paid with, so we can match a weekly membership payment to your Discord account.

We use this only to answer you, to check that you qualify for 2 free months of Discord access, and to manage your membership. We keep order screenshots only for as long as we need them to verify access, and payment records for as long as the law requires for accounting.

Other companies

Links on this site take you to services that have their own privacy policies:

• New Levels Nutrition sells and ships the products. Our affiliate links include a referral code so they can credit the sale to us. They handle your order, payment and delivery details, not us.
• Paystack will process R111 weekly card payments once they open. You will give your card details to Paystack, not to us. Paystack shares your name, email address, payment amount and payment status with us so we can manage your membership.
• PayPal processes the US$7 weekly membership payments made with PayPal. PayPal shares your name, email address, subscription ID and payment status with us. When the PayPal button is shown on our site, PayPal loads its own code on the page and may set its own cookies.
• Discord, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook process what you share on their platforms.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

Under POPIA you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email hopeise10nal@gmail.com and we will reply within a reasonable time. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).

Age

This website and the HOPEisETERNAL Discord are meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
