Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use the HOPEisETERNAL website or join the HOPEisETERNAL Discord server. HOPEisETERNAL is run by theboyjay in Pretoria, South Africa. By using the site or joining the server, you agree to these terms.

Affiliate links

We are an affiliate of New Levels Nutrition. When you buy through a link on this site, we earn a commission. You do not pay extra, and you get 10% off any New Levels Nutrition order you place through our links.

Buying products

Products are sold, paid for and delivered by New Levels Nutrition, not by us. Their terms, delivery and returns policies apply to your order, and questions about an order go to them. Prices on this site were copied from their store and can change. The price at their checkout is the one that applies.

Health information

Everything on this site and in the Discord is general information, not medical advice. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Speak to a healthcare professional before starting a supplement or training programme, especially if you are pregnant, take medication or have a medical condition.

Discord membership

The HOPEisETERNAL Discord is for members only. There are two ways to join:

• Weekly membership: US$7 per week through PayPal, or R111 per week. PayPal charges in US dollars, so the amount on your statement depends on your bank's exchange rate; it takes payment when you subscribe and then every 7 days until you cancel. Card payments in rand through Paystack are not open yet; until they are, the R111 option is arranged with us by direct message and paid weekly in advance. You can cancel at any time by emailing hopeise10nal@gmail.com or messaging us, and we will stop the subscription. PayPal subscribers can also cancel in their PayPal account. Your access continues until the end of the week you have paid for. Payments for a week that has started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• 2 months free with a purchase: buy at least one New Levels Nutrition product through our affiliate link and send us your order confirmation. Once we have verified it, you get 2 months of access at no cost. This is limited to one free period per person. If the order is cancelled or refunded, we may remove the free access. When the 2 months end, you can continue with the weekly membership.

You must be 18 or older to join.

Server rules

Members must follow Discord's own terms and these rules:

• Treat other members with respect. No harassment, hate speech or threats.
• No spam, scams, pyramid schemes or unsolicited selling.
• Do not share other people's personal information or private messages.

We may remove anyone who breaks these rules. If we remove a paying member, any payment for the current week is not refunded unless the law requires it.

Not financial advice

Discussions about money, business and investing in the Discord or on this site are opinions and education, not financial advice. Make your own decisions and speak to a qualified financial adviser where needed.

Day trading channel

The #day-trading channel in the Discord is optional and only for members aged 18 and over who already understand trading basics and ask to join. It is education and discussion, not financial advice. HOPEisETERNAL is not an authorised financial services provider.

• Trading carries a high risk of loss. Most people who day trade lose money.
• Working towards a first prop firm payout of $1,000, and then larger funded accounts, is a goal, not a promise. Prop firm challenge fees can be lost and are usually non-refundable, and most traders do not pass. We do not guarantee any results, payouts or income.
• Only trade money you are fully willing to lose. Never trade with money you need or with borrowed money.
• We do not sell trading signals, manage anyone's money or trade on anyone's behalf.
• You make your own trading decisions and you are responsible for the results.
